Dewayne J. McClary joined Arlington (VA) Public Schools as an Instructional Technology Coordinator and Interim Assistant Principal and Lead Senior Instructional Technology Coordinator in 2011. In October 2014, Dewayne was appointed Manager of Technology Integration Strategies & Technology Instructional Coaches for the District of Columbia Public Schools. Currently, he serves as the Director of Digital Learning & Innovation, where he manages large-scaled educational technology projects, including development, implementation, and evaluation for 116 schools in Washington, DC.
In February 2016, Dewayne and his wife, Deborah Charles McClary, co-founded Fidelity Educational Consulting, LLC, where he serves as president and CEO.
Dewayne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2006 from Francis Marion University and continued his studies at Georgetown University to complete his Executive Masters of Leadership.
